I think that page was only set up to provide live streaming of the event while it was happening. But I agree with you about the choice of words. My colleagues and I also commented on the not-logo-police-approved logo, which looks to be disintegrating and tumbling as much as floating away. The logo mobiles hanging over the studio gave that impression even more. Other words to describe it were "falling apart, fragmenting, barely recognizable..."
