You are being marked by the Icelandic Secret Service. This type of activity has been used by the ISS for decades, though not many people know about it. In order to let the ISS assassins know which target is to be assassinated they send a man in to leave the tap on so as to alert the assassin as to which person to off. Watch your back these next coming days, I'm sure you're being followed, in fact, you're lucky that an ISS assassin didn't drop out of the ceiling immediately and put a pickaxe through your skull. You must have done some thing really terrible to piss off the Icelandic people because they are a generally non-violent group.
