About Dan Misener

Hello. My name is Dan.

I was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Now I live in Toronto, Ontario.

I make radio for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Right now, I work on Spark, CBC’s national technology and trendwatching show. I’m also a regular contributor to the Saturday morning show Go. I’ve made stuff for DNTO and Lost and Found, and produced a bunch of short docs for the CBC’s Content Factory and Radio Syndication.

I also teach radio production part-time at Ryerson University.

I’m in a rock and roll band called The Canaries.

As a New Year’s Resolution, I started a reading series called Grownups Read Things They Wrote as Kids.

Along with my pal Tristan, I produce a video podcast called Jim Dupree: Enthusiast.

Now you (if you didn’t already) probably know enough.
